Julie here. A truth teller of unrealistic expectations. In 2014 I spent a year and a half learning the fundamentals of cosmetology, fell in love with styling hair, got licensed, and kick started my career by event styling. Until the entanglement of hair color stole my heart. By 2016 worked for a well known salon in Claremont, CA for 6 years. I worked with multiple companies that sold professional hair color; volunteered countless hours to the understanding of chemistry to color. Taught, learned, failed, stood, and learned some more. Class after nerdy class, I mastered the art of color. The techniques, the delicate burns, every illusion, cast, stain, & hue. Opened CH CH Studio in Southern California with my bff in the middle of 2020 We all know that year… Moved from home to Eugene Oregon with my love in 2021 By 2022 I decided to continue my craft at The Collective Salon in Eugene, OR AND now I split my time between CHCH Studio in California and The Collective in Oregon! Cancellation Policy

-The cancellation fee is 50% of the estimated service cost. -If you cancel, you will not receive your deposit back since they are non refundable. -If you don't show up to your appointment and/ or if you cancel 72hrs (3 days) or less from your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the cancellation fee and your deposit will be lost. Please reschedule if needed. Ex: estimated 3 hour service at $300, ya don't show up, you pay $150 (50%) on top of keeping deposit. ($250 total) Ex: booked a two hour service of $200 you will be charged $100 (50%) on top of keeping deposit. ($200 total) Ex: haircut appointment of one hour ($100), you cancel or don't show up, you will be charged $50 (50%) on top of deposit. ($100 total) -If you are more than 30 mins late, it will be charged as an hour of our time. If I cancel, I will refund all of your deposit. Regardless of unfortunate events, these terms are non- negotiable. RESCHEDULING: -If you MUST reschedule, it can be done 72hrs (3 days) before your appointment without charge. The deposit will transfer to your new scheduled date. -If you contact me less than 72hrs before your appointment, I will keep 50% of the deposit, and only 50% of the deposit will transfer to your new date. Meaning, to reschedule you must pay the remaining 50% before re booking -If you reschedule the day of the appointment because of an emergency situation, the deposit will be kept and a new deposit must be made prior to rescheduling a new appointment. A rescheduling appointment is not guaranteed because I am on a very tight schedule. -If I cannot book another appointment, you will be returned 50% of the deposit (only if rescheduled 72hrs prior to appt)
